Please note the following important dates regarding our NZ operations for the holiday period.
The final day for courier collections for this year will be Wednesday the 17th of December. This is to avoid packages getting stuck throughout the network as business start to closedown for the holidays. Please ensure that payments and agent releases for pending vehicles are made promptly so we can ensure that anything urgent is dispatched prior to this date.
This year, the Autohub NZ office will be closing at midday on Wednesday the 24th of December and reopening on Monday the 5th of January. Export certificate collection will still be available up until this closure time.
We will have a small number of staff operating remotely during this time. If you need any information or assistance during this time, please contact customerservices@autohub.co.nz.
