As you will no doubt be aware, New Zealand has re-entered a level 4 lockdown to contain the spread of the dangerous Delta Variant of Covid 19.

Our staff are all relocating to work from home as per previous lockdowns. Phones will be diverted, however we would strongly suggest emailing in the first instance customerservices@autohub.co.nz

The transporters are able to clear the port as an essential service provider so contactless deliveries are possible during this time. Please advise us as soon as possible whether you and/or your compliance centre will be able to receive vehicles.

Any vehicles which cannot be delivered, will unfortunately have to go into storage and incur daily charges and additional transport costs – such costs to be advised once vehicles can be delivered from storage.

If possible,  please provide an alternative delivery address that can receive vehicles on a contactless basis.

Export certificates will not be sent out during level 4 lockdown at this stage. We will revisit this should parts of NZ reduce to Level 3 or lower.
